Real estate is a people business. It's much more than getting a client to sign on the dotted line. Getting to know my clients and determining their real estate needs requires time and patience, but, it's well worth it. I'm very pleased to say that my clients often become my good friends.

I am a native of east Tennessee and I have spent most of my life here. I went to work for Southern Railway when I was 20 and remained  their employee for 20 years. During that time, I became very familiar with the area and many of it's residents travelling for work. The valley is a great place to live and raise a family.

 Real Estate has been my full time occupation for over 10 years. During that time, I have listed and sold several million dollars worth of property. I was a recipient of the Knoxville Association of Realtors Award of Excellence every year for the past 4 years. Before becoming a realtor, I was a licensed contractor with a successful Home Repair and Renovation business for several  years. My past experience allows me to better evaluate the condition of properties that I come in contact with. Could I be of service to you in your next real estate venture?

My hobbies are fishing, riding my motorcycle and scuba diving......If you want information about our area lakes, feel free to ask. I enjoy making new friends and who knows? Maybe we could find an excuse to go fishing for a few hours.
