'Resourceful' is just another word for ‘prepared'.

Compiling and comparing statistics concerning real estate transactions helps me keep on top of my game. According to studies done by National Associaton of Realtors, over 70% of people begin their home search on the internet. Of course, there are lots of sites on the net that you can use to look for property. Many of them are free and a lot of your searching can be done anonymously. It seems that the main factor here would be ease of use and the quality of information that you find. I often have people call me regarding my properties that they have located on another site; many times the property in question has been sold or off the market for weeks or sometimes even months. The content on my website is edited twice weekly. The public MLS searches often contain many properties that are under contract, or otherwise unavailable. Why would a Realtor do that you ask? Maybe to get potential buyers to make contact. Why would you want to work with someone who intentionally offers misleading website content? I know your time is valuable and I'll do my best to supply you with quality information.
Another interesting statistic says that 70% of the people who take the time to contact me are intending to buy a home. Within one year 45% of those people who contact me will buy a home from either me or one of my competitors. An interesting fact to me is that most people thinking about selling their home start out looking for ...another home to buy!
These facts make me one serious fella when it comes to my clients. You are my lifeline and the heart of my business. When you are happy, I'm happy. My business is about YOU, for YOU, and I cater to my buyers. After all, on any given day, at least every other person I talk to about a home is a serious prospect. Contact me if I can help you in any way.
This website is designed to assist you in your search for a home. Check the links section, I am adding new, interesting sites quite often to help you become familiar with the wealth of opportunities in our area.. I really appreciate your feedback, feel free to make suggestions if there are additional resources that I could add to the site that you feel would be helpful.
Sincerely yours,
Gary Lawson
